Really interesting discussion about the interface of education and coaching. Having been a fairly successful academic for 30 years I have recently left to become a coach - hopefully with people in academia. Too much teaching in schools and universities has removed opportunities to ask questions yet this is the key to learning both about ourselves and the world around us. Sadly universities are struggling to invest in coaching staff or students despite potential returns for both groups.
