2021 Coaching Inn Ethics Special (Extended Edition)

In 2020/21 a number of people joined Claire at The Coaching Inn podcast to talk about their stance on coaching and ethics. In this extended episode, we bring together the heart of that learning. You can use this as 3 hours self-study in ethics for ICF renewal.

Anne Archer is a coach and coaching supervisor (annearcherassociates.com).  For coaches and HR Professionals, Anne runs awareness or MH First Aider programmes endorsed by MHFA England and used worldwide. She tailors these for coaches.

Smita Tharoor is the recipient of the Global Diversity Leadership Award from the World HRD Congress in 2017 for work she has done in the UK,Europe, USA and India on the Unconscious Bias. Listen to her podcast series on Stories of Unconscious Bias where people around the world share their stories.

Nicky BrownJohn has extensive experiencing engaging in  Collaborative working to develop evolution of safeguarding children partnerships and safeguarding adult boards. SHe is also a trained coach.
